Audrey Hepburn was born in the town of Tolochenaz, Switzerland in 1929. She lived there for 30 of her 64 years. Her career as an artist began in the year of 1948 when she starred in "High Button Shoes". This was a wonderful musical comedy which opened a door for this rising star... it was her first contract. Her next movie, the following year, was another musical comedy named "Sauce Tartare". | ||||||||||||||||
